Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Burning Bridge AI (“we”, “us”) covering your use of burningbridgeai.com and the video generator on it (the “Service”). By using the Service or buying a pack, you accept these Terms.

If you don't agree with these Terms, just stop using the Service.

You need an account to use the generator — it's where your packs and videos live. You must be at least 16 (or the age of digital consent where you live) to use the Service.

• Give us accurate registration and billing information, and keep it current.
• Keep your sign-in details to yourself — you're responsible for what happens under your account.
• Tell us right away at support@burningbridgeai.com if you suspect someone else is using your account.

Packs are one-time purchases: you pay once, you get videos to make, and nothing renews or charges on its own. The price is shown before you pay. Card payments are processed by our payment provider — we never see or store your card number.

Refunds. If you haven't made any videos from a pack, ask us within 14 days of buying it and we'll refund that purchase in full. Once you've made a video from a pack, it can't be refunded — the generation can't be un-spent. Refunds go back to the original payment method. Nothing in this section limits refund rights you have under consumer law.

Prices exclude taxes where they apply; taxes are added at checkout where we're required to collect them.

The generator is for making fun, personal videos. You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload photos you don't have the right to use, or photos of people who haven't agreed to appear.
• Create content that's illegal, sexually explicit, harassing, hateful or deceptive — including deepfake-style impersonation.
• Break, overload, probe or scrape the Service, or try to get around its limits.
• Resell the Service or raw generation capacity.

We may refuse or end access when someone breaks these rules. Where we can, we'll tell you why.

Your photo stays yours, and so does your video. You keep all rights to the photo you upload, and — as between you and us — the generated video is yours. Post it anywhere, including commercial accounts. We claim no rights to your content beyond what's needed to run the Service: processing, storing and delivering it.

We don't train AI models on your photos or videos. Because AI generation is probabilistic, results vary — faces, pets and small details can come out differently from what you expect, so watch your video before posting it. And a small ask: many platforms want AI content labeled, so we recommend tagging it.

Burning Bridge AI is a fan-made, independent tool. It isn't affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any artist, label, or the creators of the original trend.

The site and everything we've built around it — the design, the brand, the code — belong to us or our partners, and are protected by intellectual property law. You get a limited, personal right to use the Service as described here; please don't copy it, resell it, or use our name in a way that suggests an endorsement you don't have. If you send us feedback, we're free to use it without obligation.

The Service is built on third-party pieces: our payment provider handles checkout, our email provider sends service emails, our AI processing partner runs the generation, and our hosting providers serve the site. Checkout in particular happens on our payment provider's pages, where their own terms also apply. We choose these providers carefully and require them to handle your data consistently with our Privacy Policy — but we're not responsible for their own services.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT AND ANY WARRANTY THAT OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE OR ERROR-FREE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER PARTY WILL BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE OR DATA; AND OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS IS CAPPED AT THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR US $100 IF YOU PAID NOTHING). THESE LIMITS DO NOT APPLY WHERE THEY CANNOT LAWFULLY BE LIMITED.

You can stop using the Service at any time, and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end access if someone seriously or repeatedly breaks these rules, or where the law requires it — where practical, we'll tell you first. If we ever shut the Service down, we'll say so on the site in advance, and refund anything you've paid for but not used.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where our team is established, and its courts have jurisdiction — if you're a consumer, you keep the protections of your own country's law. If any part of these Terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.

We'll update these Terms when things change — material changes get posted here and emailed to account holders before they take effect. Continued use after a change means you accept the new version. Questions? support@burningbridgeai.com.
